A popular beach 8 kilometres from
Nubeena on the Tasman Peninsula is Roaring Beach. A popular surfing beach.
The bottom picture on the right was taken on June 28th 2002 with a storm moving
in from the south. It moved inland leaving the Tasmanian highlands covered in snow.
