Cradle Mt - Lake St Clair National Park Twisted Lakes
Take plenty of film for your camera. This pretty lake is very photogenic. Just an hour and a half walk from the Dove Lake car park although there is a very steep section for about 300 metres which is very rough. The track is rocky and as such only sturdy shoes or even gym boots in dry weather are suitable for the walk.

Looking towards Lake Rodway. Cradle is just to the right. The autumn tones of the deciduous beech dresses up the views at this time every year. Another 2 weeks it will be at it's best. click for larger view
