We visited Tarn Shelf on Thursday 22nd of
April. The weather forecast for the next day was for strong winds which
threatened to blow away what fagus had already turned. We returned the
next Monday to find just that. Many trees had still not turned or lost
their leaves providing great photo opportunities.
