The
third hour of the walk into "The Walls" passes by a dozen or more tarns or
small lakes. Worth the walk here as a half day walk!
The tarn in the pictures on the right is the
first encountered once reaching the Solomon's Jewels plateau. Despite
the ice in the left picture, we walked in wearing just a t-shirt all day.
