SALMON PONDS

About 15 minutes north of New Norfolk on the southern side of the river is a trout hatchery at Plenty.  Beautifully manicured grounds, a superb trout museum and a new cafe and information centre make for a pleasant visit.  There is also an interesting historical property next door - Redlands.
