The road
north of the Tahune Air Walk provides access to some excellent wilderness walks
including the beautiful Reubens Falls on Isabella Creek. There is no
public vehicle access across the Huon River at the Tahune Air Walk. The
falls are on South Weld Road and can be accessed via Edwards Road. A map

We
contacted Forestry Tasmania at Geeveston before visiting the falls in
September 2008. We were advised that gates in the area were now
unlocked. The gate before the falls was closed but found to be
unlocked when checked.
A beautiful rainforest walk to
the falls. An hour and a half return. The track is a little steep and
slippery when descending to the falls.
