Early Spring Colours

This is Wigit from Bintan Island, a short ferry ride off the coast of Singapore in Indonesia.  Wigit was determined to see and touch snow for the first time.  She came prepared with an extra jumper a windcheater and gloves.  None were needed despite the overcast fresh conditions.  Once you start walking the hills and mountainsides of Tasmania you soon warm up.

Cradle is a mountain for all seasons.  These pictures were taken in early spring.  The colours make for an oil painting effect!
